This warranty is provided by Manmachine Car Care Pvt. Ltd. for UltrashieldX Paint Protection Film (PPF) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The customer is required to undertake a mandatory maintenance wash of the vehicle every 60 to 90 days to ensure optimal performance, durability, and finish of the PPF. Each maintenance wash shall be chargeable at ₹1000 plus applicable GST. Failure to comply with the prescribed maintenance schedule shall render this warranty null and void with immediate effect.
This warranty shall not cover any form of damage arising due to external or accidental factors, including but not limited to scratches, cuts, tears, impact damage, or mishandling of the vehicle. Additionally, stains or marks caused by rainwater, hard water deposits, or environmental contaminants are not covered under this warranty.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized modifications, tampering, removal, or repair of the PPF carried out by any individual or service provider not authorized by the Company. Any such actions shall immediately void the warranty.
The Company expressly disclaims any liability for application-related issues, including installation defects or errors, where the installation has been carried out by franchise partners, third-party applicators, or technicians. The quality and workmanship of installation remain the sole responsibility of the respective applicator or franchise.
It is acknowledged and accepted that Paint Protection Film, over time, may undergo natural wear and tear, including but not limited to minor discoloration, yellowing, or visual variation due to environmental exposure, usage conditions, and aging. Such changes are considered normal characteristics of the product and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects under this warranty. Variations may be more noticeable on white or light-colored vehicles.
In the event of partial replacement or repair of PPF panels, there may be visible differences in color, texture, or finish between the replaced and existing panels. Such variations are inherent and shall not be covered under warranty.
The Company reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and the applied PPF before approving any warranty claim. The decision of the Company in determining the validity of any claim shall be final and binding.
This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original customer. By availing the UltrashieldX PPF service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions.
